“Home sweet home” è la mostra personale di Stefan Strumbel alla CircleCulture Gallery, Berlino, in cui l’artista rivisita in chiave completamente pop tematiche legate alle sue radici, la Foresta Nera, facendole divenire simboli provocatori, violenti, scioccanti.

Ed attraverso la provocazione e la rottura dei tabù, Strumbel riflette su una delle illusioni della società moderna: “cos’è la casa? Come definire il sè e ciò che lo circonda?”

“Home sweet home” is the solo exhibition by Stefan Strumbel at the CircleCulture Gallery, Berlin, in which the artist revisits his roots, the Black Forest, in a completely pop way making them become provocative, violent and shocking symbols.

And through the provocation and the breaking of taboos, Strumbel reflects on the illusions of modern society: “What is home? How to define the self and what surrounds it?”
