Shepard Fairey è uno street artist di fama internazionale che, oltre ad avere messo la sua firma più o meno su qualsiasi muro umanamente raggiungibile, ha anche creato i poster per la campagna elettorale di Barak Obama (avete presente il suo ritratto rielaborato in blu e rosso?)

Se questo non vi bastasse, sappiate che è anche il creatore del brand di abbigliamento street Obey, che presto farà uscire una collezione in collaborazione con la Levi’s.

Proprio per celebrare questo matrimonio artistico Sheperd è stato chiamato a decorare vari pannelli installati davanti allo store Levi’s a Time Square, a New York, e sembra che i passanti abbiano apprezzato!

Ora non resta che attendere di vedere i vestiti!

Shepard Fairey is a worldwide-known street artist. Not only his artworks can be seen on pretty all the humanly-reaching walls in the world, but he also designed the electoral campaign for Barak Obama (do you remember the red and blue portraits?)

If that’s not enough, he’s also the founder of the street wear brand Obey, and recently was asked by Levi’s to take part in the design process of a collection centered around the Obey Trademark.

In order to celebrate this artistic joint venture, Fairey was asked to decorate some panels right in front of the Levi’s store in Times Square, New York, and apparently the crowd appreciated it!

Now we’re looking forward to see this Levi’s + Obey collection!!
